Hahaha... I finally got my BrandBand device that up to my expectation.
Was very angry with this sale staff in XX who recommended me to use 3.6 when I complained to her that 2.0 is damn slow when i logon to any webpage at home. And when I brought the 3.6 device home, guess what happen?! The whole webpage was blank and nothing popped out after 8-10mins. Hais... felt fustrated and so I rang the company up...
Me: Hello, I need your help! I've just upgraded my BB line to 3.6 last 2 days but why is the result getting worst than the 2.0?
Staff: Where is yr area?
Me: Geylang East.
Staff: Mmmm... Can I know who recommended you to use 3.6?
Me: Your staff at Bugis... Why?! Anything wrong?
Staff: I'm sorry.... actually 3.6 doesn't cover Geylang East. It is actually for CBD areas only.
Me: WHAT?! Grrrr....

Girl, you see..., should I not be angry? wasting my time for that long queue and at the end of the day get all these craps!
NOW, everything is over. I've the 7.2 with 50% discount throughout the 2 years contract. It's fast, and wonderful. easy to access.... YES! that what I need & want. Thanks.
